1. As per the Government of India Income Tax rules under section 194 B the winner is liable to pay “Tax on winnings”. The winner therefore must first deposit the tax amount before he can claim the motorcycle.

2. The motorcycles model prescribed as the Prize cannot be exchanged for any other model.

3. The motorcycle cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. The registration of the motorcycle will be made only in the name of the Winner. The motorcycle will not be registered in any other name.

5. Winner can collect the motorcycle from any authorized hero Honda Dealership anywhere in India.

6. Winner may choose the colour of the motorcycle.

7. The winner must provide proper identification of self and proof of residence for taking delivery of the motorcycle.

8. Though Hero Honda dealer will provide all necessary help in delivery of the motorcycle, GMR be responsible for all contacts with the winner and informing him of the above.
