Do you have a return policy?

We have a 7-day Exchange Policy, wherein you may exchange products within 7 days of the order (based upon the delivery record).If you are exchanging an item then please email merchandise@delhidaredevils.com oor speak to our Customer Service representative at: +91-124-3914387/8/9. Our representatives are available from 9 am to 6 pm (GMT+5:30) Monday to Friday. We will try our best to reply to your e-mail within 48 hours of your writing to us.
We will be happy to take your replacement order within 7 days of the receipt of the order (based on the delivery record) in its original condition. The value of the replacement merchandise should be equal to the price of the original merchandise. If the value of the replacement merchandise is higher than the original price, the customer is required to pay the difference.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item by post, contact our customer service representatives by emailing at: merchandise@delhidaredevils.com OR calling at: +91-124-3914387/8/9. Our representatives are available from 9am to 6pm (GMT+5:30) Monday to Friday. We will try our best to reply to your e-mail within 48 hours of you writing to us.

  • Once we make your replacement order, all you have to do is wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet and post the item by recorded delivery* to the following address:

*For your protection, Delhi Daredevils Direct recommends that you use a 'Recorded Delivery Service' as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. All merchandises including price tags and packaging should be in its original good conditions. All return and re-shipping charges are the customers' liability. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.

What should I do if I receive a wrong item?

In the unlikely event, we sent you a wrong product please contact our customer representatives by email at merchandise@delhidaredevils.com. You may return the wrong item(s) including the merchandise, the price tag and the packaging by a 'recorded delivery service', as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will dispatch the correct product and issue you with the postage refund.

What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?

All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may get damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen, please return the damaged or wrong item(s) within 15 days in its original condition after receipt of the order (based on the delivery record) including the merchandise, the price tag and the packaging by a 'recorded delivery service', as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns of certain products, including:

  • Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt
  • Any product that has been worn, altered or washed
  • All discount, clearance or sales product
  • Any free gift
  • Any personalized product, for example: shirt printing. Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club.

A refund or exchange shall be permitted if a garment is faulty. All items should be unworn and unused. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items. All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability. Delhi Daredevils Direct reserves final right to exercise this event in case of disputes.
