NEW DELHI, June 30: DU Force and SPG were early qualifiers for the quarter-finals of the Delhi Daredevils Soccer Mania 2009 on Monday. While DU Force notched their third successive win to log nine points in Pool A, SPG tallied six points from three games and topped Pool B.
The remainining quarter-finalists will be decided on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the teams will feature in quarter-finals, semi-finals and then finals.
The girls also began their competition with Centre Line FC beating Adam Kicks 3-1 and Eve’s Soccer Club scoring a 1-0 win over Valley Warriors.
